Tina Harris

Tina Harris joined Avison Young’s Retail Advisory Services Group in May 2011. She has over 25 years' experience and an extensive track record of delivering leasing results within her diversified portfolio including enclosed malls, mixed-use developments, ground-up developments and outlet centers for both private and institutional owners. Tina is also actively involved in Landlord and Tenant Representation providing preconstruction leasing, creative negotiation skills, site selection, strategic planning, market analysis, store repositioning, and renewal services. She has cultivated strong relationships with national and regional retailers, restaurant concepts, and the brokerage community. Tina previously worked at General Growth Properties, one of the largest REIT's in the country. She was directly responsible for leasing an annual average of 1.5 million square feet of retail space in four enclosed regional shopping malls and was consistently a "Top Performer". During her 10 years with General Growth Properties and now as a Senior Vice President with Avison Young, Tina continues to cultivate strong relationships with many national, regional and local retailers, as well as restaurants and brokers in key markets. Most recently, her priority was the merchandising and leasing of Celebration Pointe in Gainesville, FL, a 1 million square foot mixed-use development encompassing residential, office, outlet/value retail and an entertainment district anchored by Regal and Bass Pro Shops.
