Timothy Spencer

In his role with Pettinaro, TJ is responsible for leasing Pettinaro’s retail portfolio to include approximately 2 million square feet of existing retail space, various PAD sites and development opportunities. He started in the commercial real estate industry in 2012 at Swope Lees Commercial Real Estate where he specialized in commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions in the Philadelphia Suburbs. During his career in commercial real estate, TJ has had much success in initiating and finalizing many sales and leasing transactions throughout various property types. He earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute in March 2015 and is an active member of the PA/NJ/DE Chapter. TJ is also a member of the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council (CIRC) of New Castle County, Delaware and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). TJ attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in downtown West Chester, Pennsylvania where he enjoys the fantastic restaurant scene. TJ is also an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling and playing golf in his free time.
