Tim Dayner brings over 25 years of experience in the sale, leasing, and management of residential and commercial properties in California and Nevada. He specializes in leasing, tenant and landlord representation, and investment opportunities representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. Tim’s main focus is in the retail sector and investment opportunities. He brings a unique perspective to his clients having been on the property management side of the industry for many years. Prior to founding Primary CRE, Tim was an associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial and a property manager in San Francisco’s Presidio National Park leasing and managing 1,100 housing units for the Federal Government. He also was a California licensed Realtor and started a residential real estate company buying and selling high end homes in the bay area. Prior to real estate, Tim was a golf club professional working and teaching at two prestigious private clubs in California. Throughout his career, Tim has been extremely successful in building long-term relationships because his clients and colleagues know they can count on him to provide ethical representation, confidentiality, market knowledge, and dependability.
