Timothy Igo

Timothy specializes in tenant representation, site selection, retail leasing, and development throughout the US and Canada, and consulting retailers in expansion and growth. Timothy came to Suntide with over 29 years of highly diversified real estate experience in investment sales, land development, leasing services, site acquisition, hotel and motel sales, and exclusive tenant services. For 12 years he owned his own real estate company. In 1982 he joined Neal A. Perlich Realty where he earned a solid foundation of real estate in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. In 1984, Royal Lepage Real Estate Company hired Timothy to open its Minneapolis, Minnesota office, where he managed the office and specialized in listing and leasing shopping centers. In 1987, he became Vice President of Retail at Welsh Companies, where he was responsible for all aspects of the real estate department. From March 1993 to July 1996, Timothy was the Director of Real Estate for Grow Biz International. He oversaw the opening of 900 retail stores including Play It Again Sports, Once Upon A Child, Computer Renaissance, Music Go round, and Disc Go Round. In 1997, he joined Great Clips Regional Companies, where he served as Director of Real Estate. Timothy was responsible for site selection and lease negotiation for the Northwest and Canada. Timothy is a member of Minnesota Shopping Center Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Realtors, and the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
