Timothy Howe

Tim Howe joined CBRE/New England in 2006. He currently serves as Senior Vice President with the Urban Advisory & Transaction Services team, where he specializes in commercial brokerage transactions for tenants and landlords in downtown Boston. Tim is also responsible for the supervision of client services associate personnel. Tim previously served as the Director of Research for CBRE/NE where he was responsible for tracking statistics for over 7,675 office, laboratory and industrial buildings comprising roughly 516 million square feet across New England. He was also responsible for the drafting and publishing of quarterly reports for all of Greater Boston's submarkets.
