Timothy Hickok

Tim Hickok joined Penta Pacific Properties in 1990 after he graduated from college where he majored in Business and Psychology. Penta had already been in business for 23 years and was located in Santa Fe Springs in the heart of one of the largest industrial areas in Southern California. Tim became a strong asset to the team and was invited to become a partner and appointed as Vice-President of the company. In 2001 Tim listed a property in Paramount for $24 Million, over 250,000 feet which was owned by Lehman Bros and within 6 months subdivided the parcel and closed escrow on 18 buildings netting the company $750,000.00. He became the largest broker in the Paramount area, eventually joining the Chamber of Commerce and soon elected as their "Ambassador". Today, he not only focuses on Paramount but is also a specialist in all of the Mid-Counties area.
