Timothy Budelman

Tim Budelman has been a member of the Oregon business community since 1998. After distinctively serving in the US Army and Oregon Army National Guard for 8 years, Tim graduated from George Fox University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an emphasis in Management/Psychology. Tim has traveled extensively to start up new jobs in new territories many times over and additionally has accomplished certifications in strategic negotiations and development of nationally accredited ISO Quality Control Systems – all of which have served Tim well in the business community. Tim has served on and represented several boards. Moving from a small boutique brokerage to Prudential in 2006, Tim has employed many innovative market strategies to aid clients in the Commercial Real Estate field. Tim has helped position companies in the Industrial, Retail and Office markets in Real Estate Sales and Leasing. Finally, he moved from AVP of Prudential Northwest Properties Commercial to Norris-Stevens in downtown Portland in December 2011. Through hard work, determination and innovation, Tim has been highly successful in navigating creative solutions and tactical negotiations across the Portland MSA market. This work also afforded him a 2017 Top Broker award. He is committed to business integration, implementation and strategic planning.
