Tim Weber joined First Western Properties in 1991 and is currently the President, Principal and Designated Broker. Experienced Designated Broker with a demonstrated history of working in the retail commercial real estate industry. Skilled in Negotiations, Sales, Entitlements, Land Acquisition, Ground Up Developments and Investments Properties. Strong business development professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Human Resources Management and Marketing from University of Washington in 1988. Tim also exclusively representing certain local, regional and national clients such as 7-Eleven, Lowe's, Wendy's, Les Schwab Tires, Wells Fargo, The UPS Store, Party City and others for the firm. Since beginning his 27-year career in real estate, he has developed professional specialties that consist of brokerage, tenant representation, commercial real estate, location intelligence, development and more. Before becoming involved with First Western Properties, Tim held managerial roles at a myriad of companies, including; Safeway, and Western Washington Beverage. Tim is also involved in charities in his community, such as the One Eighty Foundation, which he volunteers for and is a board member. The Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through various forms of guidance and donations from its members. When he is not working, Tim enjoys spending time with Britt, his wife of over 32 years, and their three children, Blake, Madelyn and Lucas. He also enjoys coaching and playing basketball and riding his road bike.
