Tim Van Wingerden serves as Associate Vice President at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. Tim is an industry veteran and specializes in Midwest multifamily, specifically central Kentucky and southern Indiana markets. He was awarded a Sales Recognition Award in 2022 from his personal record-breaking year in the industry. Prior to Matthews™, Tim represented $132.9 million in multifamily sales during his first two years at Marcus & Millichap. He partnered with the Andrews Dickman team who closed over $1 billion in multifamily sales across 15,000 units. Before working with Marcus & Millichap, Tim was a procurement manager at his family’s business, the 8th largest industrial greenhouse in the U.S.
