Tim Summers

Timothy J. Summers joined Cushman & Wakefield's Northern Virginia office in 2007. Tim has more than 20 years of experience specializing in the representation of Landlords primarily in Northern Virginia. His clients include Mass Mutual of New York, Multi-Employer Property Trust, ING Clarion, The Bernstein Companies, Carr Properties and Normandy Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Tim worked at Trammell Crow Co. for three years. Before this, he worked at Spaulding & Slye Colliers for three years where he represented Glenborough Realty Investment Trust, Royal Management, and ELV Associates. Prior to Spaulding & Slye, Tim spent six years at Bullock Terrell & Mannelly, a regional full-service real estate developer in Atlanta, GA, where he worked on a variety of landlord leasing assignments throughout the Southeastern United States.
