Prior to launching his company, Tim served as Vice President of Investments at CRI Commercial Real Estate Investors. Before CRI, he was an Acquisitions Associate for Treehouse Communities, a commercial real estate private equity firm, where he participated in over $600 million in transactions nationally and sourced over $2 billion in investment opportunities. Tim holds real estate licenses in both California and Arizona, providing him with the expertise to meet his clients' needs. With a comprehensive network of clients and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, Tim is well-positioned to deliver exceptional results. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.
