Tim Reddock is a founder/partner in Southeast Commercial and the principal/broker of the Birmingham office. He has 25+ years' experience in leasing, management and development of commercial property including projects from the Panhandle of Florida to Mississippi in addition to the Alabama Area. Tim was involved with new project site development for national retailer, CVS, leasing in the office division of Colonial Properties Trust and with the brokerage firm, Southpace Properties, and in property management with Aronov Realty. He is a member of the North Shelby/Inverness Rotary Club and on the Leadership Council of the Alabama Center for Real Estate. Tim attended Auburn University majoring in management. Tim has been a resident of Birmingham for over 30 years and is married with three children.
