Tim Pavolka

Prior to joining the Neil Walter Company, Tim was involved in corporate real estate for a Northwest firm operating warehouses in 24 states and 4 Canadian Provinces. This work included the purchasing and developing of company-owned properties, as well as negotiating and managing all leases, and maintenance. Tim has a keen understanding of the pressures on operations, as well as the coordination needed for companies to move to and operate in a new location. Born and raised in Tacoma, Tim has had a lifelong interest in motorsports, working with championship racing teams and continues to race sports cars as a hobby.
