Tim Olson

Tim is the Market Lead for JLL San Diego. His responsibilities include leading the agency leasing and tenant rep teams, overseeing the coordination of JLL's local business lines, and the operations and strategy of the office. Tim is also an active broker specializing in representing building owners and tenants with the leasing of office, life science, and R&D space throughout central San Diego. With more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Tim's clients include real estate institute trusts, institutional and private owners of real estate, large and small corporations, and start-up companies. Tim enjoys daily client interactions and the strategy side of the business and has a passion for technology. Prior to JLL, Tim was a Vice President with Colliers International in San Diego for six years working in the same markets. During his career, Tim has been involved in over 550 transactions totaling 11.5 million square feet with a value exceeding $1.9 Billion. He is an active member of the San Diego real estate community and currently serves on the Board of NAIOP San Diego.
