Tim Norris

Tim Norris is the Senior Vice President for JLL’s Princeton office. He provides client representation for both the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate and site development projects. With more than 30 years’ experience, Tim is able to help guide his clients through ups and downs that is commercial real estate. My career has allowed me to work with great companies and organizations in many different industries. Office tenants such as Glenmede Trust, Otsuka, Amicus and Merrill Lynch. Retail tenants like Talbots, Olde Discounts, Starbucks, and Sunglass Hut. Financial groups like Charles Schwab, Waterhouse Securities and Chase Bank. In the non-profit world, I have worked with groups such as The College of NJ, Family Guidance Center and Planned Parenthood of NJ. I have sold more than $70,000,000 dollars of commercial real estate, of which three-quarters was investment sales throughout the US and the balance was owner-user properties located in Central Jersey. After receiving my salesperson/Broker's licenses, I earned my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1995. This graduate-level education has provided me with the knowledge and insight necessary to help my clients achieve their goals. I have been involved with the Trenton Area Habitat for Humanity, first by "Swinging a hammer", then as a board member for nine years. I chaired my church's Mission Committee for eight years and have been selected as an Elder.
