Tim Muller

Tim Muller is a Senior Associate specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties throughout Southern California. He is based in Coreland Companies’ corporate office located in Tustin, California. Mr. Muller is responsible for the marketing and leasing of the Coreland’s 2 million-square-foot office portfolio, which includes over 15 properties in the greater Orange County marketplace, and completes over 40 lease transactions annually. Mr. Muller is a valued member of the Office Brokerage Team and is recognized for his dedication, professionalism and ability to close transactions. Mr. Muller was awarded “Rookie of the Year” honors in 2007 at Coreland. Prior to joining Coreland Companies in 2006, Mr. Muller served as a Loan Officer and Sales Associate for The Equity Source in Newport Beach for six years.
