Tim McGee

Tim McGee was born and raised in Savannah, GA. He graduate from Duke University in 1987 and moved to Atlanta, where he started a career in the trade mart business with the Atlanta Merchandise Mart. In 2000, Tim was recruited to High Point, NC to be part of leasing and managing a large complex of showroom buildings that were part of the High Point Furniture Market. Tim enjoyed success with his job with the High Point market, was involved in the sale of Showplace and other showroom buildings, and rose to the ranks of Senior VP with MMPI, one of the large showroom ownership groups. In 2010, Tim got out of the furniture market-oriented real estate business and got his real estate license has been affiliated with Carolina Commercial Realty and Blanq Real Estate before starting his own firm in 2023. He has been involved in transactional brokerage, representing buyers and tenants and listing land, industrial, office, and retail properties for sale or lease. Tim is a Christian and a member of Christ Covenant Church in Greensboro. He is also involved with the Christian Business Men’s Connection as well as other Christian organizations. He is also currently on the board of the Realtors Commercial Alliance, the commercial arm of the Realtors Association.
