In 2001, after living in New England, abroad, and San Francisco, Tim decided that it was time to return Portland. Recognizing that the only way to ensure he was able to be involved with projects that he felt contribute to the city he loves, Tim formed Pingree Northwest so that he could choose what type of real estate and Clients to do business with. Forming Pingree Northwest in Spring 2003, he’s maintained a consistent focus on passionate and responsible Clients with shared values of good architecture, innovative projects, and great places. Melding his interest in design and urbanism, he’s succeeded in building a firm focused on the development, leasing and the long-term management of consistently compelling properties with exceptional ownership groups behind them. He is committed to working to promote the success of Landlords and properties that are invested in creating great places, and through it, participate in the continuous evolution of Portland as remarkable place to call home.
