Tim Mallicoat
Tim Mallicoat started his career in 1984 with Hallett Construction Company in the aggregates division managing the quality control and leasing exploration operations. In 1987, Hallett was purchased by The Rasmussen Group and soon after Tim became more involved with the entire operations, traveling between Colorado, Oklahoma and Iowa. In 1998, Tim was given the opportunity to also manage the ready-mix company Iowa State Ready Mix, in Ames, Iowa. In 2001, Oldcastle Materials purchased Hallett Materials from The Rasmussen Group. Tim continued to manage the Central Iowa Division for Oldcastle and ISRM for The Rasmussen Group until he became the Chief Operations Officer of The Rasmussen Group Companies. Through his input, the company is now considered a state of the art green contractor. Tim has overseen fuel savings education of employee operations and sought out the latest in fuel efficiency in the purchases of future equipment. Today Tim oversees the daily operations of the entire Rasmussen Group. Tim and his family live in Pleasant Hill, Iowa.
