Tim Lee

Tim Lee conducts Sandor’s leasing efforts in the Indiana portfolio and maintains relationships with regional and national retailers as well as the brokerage community. Prior to joining Sandor, Tim was President of USA Fireworks. While there Tim used his extensive knowledge of financial reporting, long-range planning, real estate acquisitions, and property selection to negotiate and complete over 1,000 leases and lease extensions. Tim has held a broker’s license since 2002. Tim earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ball State University in Muncie.
