Tim Hurley

Tim joins Kidder Mathews with experience in tenant representation and agency leasing primarily in Phoenix, Arizona. On behalf of shopping center owners and investors, he is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize each property’s full potential. Additionally, he helps retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. Tim has secured retail locations in new developments, grocery anchored shopping centers, lifestyle centers and regional shopping malls throughout the state of Arizona. He’s been involved first hand on several national, regional, and local accounts helping clients secure premiere locations. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he began his career with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) after graduating college.
