Tim Head

Drawing upon his 31 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Head is responsible for the third party landlord representation platform for Lee & Associates. The objective is to maintain a landlord representation program that provides the highest level of integrity, expertise, and service in the Atlanta marketplace. Mr. Head’s focus is currently on building and maintaining long-term client relationships. His significant landlord experience includes 20 million square feet of class A office space in Germany, Colony Square, The Proscenium, Ashford Green, Northlake Office Park, Executive Park, Century Springs East and West, The Peachtree Lenox Building, 1955 Lakewood and Virginia Crossings.Mr. Head’s relative experience also includes six years in Moscow, Russia and Tallinn Estonia where he represented both buildings and tenants for Perestroika Joint Venture, the former Soviet Union’s first commercial real estate joint venture and Jones Lang LaSalle’s landlord representation group.
