Tim Grant

Tim Grant is Vice-President and Sales Representative at Lennard Commercial where he utilizes his experience in commercial real estate to develop and maintain excellent business relationships. Tim’s strength lies in his strong entrepreneurial abilities helping to effectively translate individual client needs into real business solutions that deliver quantifiable cost savings. Prior to joining Lennard Commercial, Tim worked as a real estate consultant for 5 years at another real estate brokerage. Prior to that he was also a specialized business consultant for IBM Canada where he managed teams of specialists in software, hardware, and global business services. His goal was to produce the best possible business solution for the customer by increasing productivity and reducing costs. This role entailed creating complex business partnerships with firms across Canada and the world to meet the needs of his clients. Prior to IBM, Tim was President and founder of a Marketing and Distribution firm entitled Smart Money where he would manufacture and import a number of specialty products from across the United States and Canada. He worked with over 70 retailers in the GTA, and the South Eastern United States to distribute Smart Money products. Tim’s primary goal was to assist various charities and sports teams helping to raise money for their cause. Tim earned his Business Degree from York University, he also holds a Business Consulting course from IBM and his Canadian Securities Course. He is an avid volunteer in his community and is a convener, coach and sits on the Board of Directors at the North Toronto Hockey Association.
