Tim Farrell serves as an Associate for the U.S. Capital Markets - Net Lease group based out of the Washington, DC office. Working closely with the Head of the U.S. Net Lease Group, Jonathan Hipp, Tim facilitates business development, client relations, and timely deal execution. His emphasis on details and relationships allows him to tailor solutions to best suit his client’s needs. In his role, he executes acquisitions and dispositions for investors, developers, 1031 exchange buyers and companies performing sale-leasebacks, allowing them to achieve their investment goals. Prior to joining Avison Young in 2021, Tim worked as an analyst on Altus Group’s property tax team, successfully performing assessment reviews and negotiating reductions in property assessments for all commercial property types. Tim graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Finance & Real Estate.
