Tim Elder

Tim’s 27 years of real estate experience is as exceptional as it is diverse. Initially, Tim entered real estate as an investor during the 1980s, but soon transitioned into becoming a licensed realtor in 1992. As Rookie of the Year in his first year in business, Tim advanced into an associate broker position, received numerous awards, and built a successful real estate team, selling thousands of homes during his career. With 6 years of brokerage experience, he launched his own real estate franchise in 2001 and later sold it, deciding to focus on what he loves most; working with buyers and sellers. Tim‘s most meaningful service is partnering with clients to obtain their real estate dreams and place the “sold” sign in their yard. The following awards clearly demonstrate his ability to do just that. He has received the Platinum Club Award for 9 consecutive years, International Achievement Award, International Hall of Fame Award, and Lifetime Achievement Award which placed him in the top .05% of agents nationwide. Since the launch of his career, Tim has volunteered in the Greater Greenville community in meaningful ways. He has served as an expert witness in real estate cases, a member of the grievance committee at the Greater Greenville Board of REALTORS, and as an assistant scout master for Troop 715. Presently, he serves as a member of the Professional Standards Committee, South Carolina REALTORS Board of Directors, and as a State Certified Real Estate Instructor. He teaches at the Palmetto Real Estate Prep School and regularly provides training to over 100 agents at Keller Williams Greenville Central. He also teaches a life group at his church. Simply put, Tim and his team are passionate about serving their clients and community.
