Tim Bulman

In 2014, Tim co-founded District Real Estate Advisors with Christopher Mearn for the purpose of providing retail real estate clients with a targeted and specialized approach that delivers solutions. Both founding members have extensive networks to tap into and bring a wealth of experience as owners and advisors with a long history of successful transactions on the local, regional and national level. Mr. Bulman has over 9 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in investment sales, acquisitions and dispositions, 1031 Exchanges, asset under writing, market analysis, landlord & tenant representation and consulting. During his real estate career on the investment sale side, Mr. Bulman has worked exclusively for some of the most successful preferred development companies on the East Coast spearheading the disposition of new construction builds of national tenants including Dollar General, Advance Auto Parts, Aaron's and more. Mr. Bulman has also worked with a wide range of clients across the country varying from institutional, regional and local groups to high net worth individuals successfully focusing on either asset acquisitions, 1031 Exchanges or portfolio dispositions. On the leasing front Mr. Bulman has worked with a number of high profile urban landlords, developers and prominent shopping center owners like Inland Real Estate Group, Equity Residential and The Copley Group. Mr. Bulman also specializes in representing, assisting and handling expansion plans for regional and national retail tenants including Dig Inn and Miniluxe. A graduate of Boston College High School and Boston College, Tim is officially a “Double Eagle”. While at Boston College, Tim served as captain of the football team and went on to have a successful seven-year NFL career with the Arizona Cardinals and Houston Texans. While still an active player, Tim co-founded a syndicate acquisition firm with a focus on acquiring income producing single tenant net leased assets across the country. Tim has completed the Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management - NFL sponsored Business Management and Entrepreneurial Program. Mr. Bulman participates in the Boston College Football Alumni Mentoring Program along with routinely dedicating time speaking, coaching and participating at local schools, charities and organized events. Tim is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, North Carolina and Georgia.
