In his role at Weston, Tim was responsible for marketing and leasing an industrial portfolio of 12 MM SF. During his tenure with Weston, Tim procured and developed relationships with local, regional, and national companies, as well as the local brokerage community, resulting in completed transactions totaling more than $53 MM.
