Tim Bettencourt
Tim Bettencourt is a partner with CoSoL Commercial Real Estate. Tim is involved in the sales and leasing of retail commercial properties in the market area of the San Joaquin Valley of California. In 1982 he graduated from California State University, Chico, with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. After a short stint as a national sales manager for a major transportation company, Tim joined the real estate brokerage firm of Charles Tingey Associates in 1984. He left Charles Tingey Associates in 1987 to form what is now CoSoL Commercial Real Estate. Tim has been actively involved in numerous major retails projects in the Central Valley, and is the preferred broker for several national and regional retailers. Tim is married with four children, and is actively involved with his children’s activities, as well as several community organizations.
