Tim joined Langston-Black Real Estate in the fall of 2007. Prior to joining Langston-Black he was the co-owner of two small businesses in the Greenville-Spartanburg markets. Tim is involved in the different sectors of the commercial real estate market from listings, sale & lease transactions as well as consulting for clients. Tim focuses on building long term relationships with his clients in order to provide unsurpassed service & enhance their profitability.
