Tim Allen

Based in Austin, Tim is a retail broker specializing in investment property acquisition/disposition, agency leasing, and buyer/tenant representation. Tim’s vast experience in investment property purchases, project leasing and tenant representation has enabled him to develop and maintain strong retailer relationships at the national, regional and local level. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in the retail brokerage industry. Prior to joining JLL he served as the Principal-in-charge and Broker for Orsus Real Estate in Austin, Texas where he focused on investment property acquisition and disposition while providing landlord and tenant representation for retail and office properties. While at Orsus, Tim successfully negotiated over 215 commercial real estate property sale and lease transactions encompassing more than 1,600,000 square feet. Prior to creating Orsus, Tim was a Marketing Representative in Endeavor Real Estate Group’s retail division, where he concentrated on sales and leasing in power, grocery-anchored and neighborhood retail shopping centers, including an Endeavor-developed 850,000-square-foot portfolio and a 750,000-square-foot lease portfolio of retail centers around Austin. Tim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds his real estate license in the state of Texas.
