Tiffany Barrier is Senior Vice President of Retail Services at CBRE | Raleigh. Tiffany has over 15 years of involvement in retail leasing and investment sale advisory services. She has extensive experience in both Landlord and Tenant representation bringing a proven record of accomplishment in developing overall strategies for both. While having a strong focus on the Raleigh/Durham market, Tiffany also handles a number of master broker multi market accounts for Tenants expanding regionally and nationally. Her knowledge of the local, regional, and national real estate landscape and ability to identify and negotiate market opportunities has led to the successful roll out of numerous retail concepts, including Fleet Feet, Orangetheory Fitness, Happy + Hale, Chase Bank, and Chicken Salad Chick. Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, Tiffany was on the Investment Sales team at CBRE in Seattle, she also served as a retail and investment specialist at Avison Young and spent 6 years at Meridian Realty Group handling property transactions in almost every market sector. Tiffany earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) in 2010 and is an active CCIM member.
