Thomas Wilcox

Tom has been a top producing commercial real estate broker for the past 35 years, most of which has been focused in San Diego County. Tom has spent most of his career with Voit Real Estate Services and with Colliers International where he earned the title of Senior Vice President based on his sales volume, leadership skills and client satisfaction. In mid 2023, Tom launched his solo commercial real estate career as a licensed California real estate broker. Accomplishments: Tom has leased or sold over 3,000,000 square feet of office and flex space, participating in more than 750 transactions since the start of his career. Many of his clients have worked with Tom over many years and as repeat clients. He is most proud of his work with various non-profit and social service organizations. Clients: Cisco Systems, Fidelity Investments, Pricesmart, Wells Fargo, Dixieline, New York Life, Archon Group, The Building Industry Association and Arden Realty among many others.
