Thomas Reilly

Tom was a founding member of JLL’s New Jersey operations, joining the firm in 2004 as an Executive Vice President. He was one of three colleagues instrumental in opening JLL's New Jersey Office, which has seen growth from 5 employees and $0 Revenue to 50 employees and $5 million in revenue in two years. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2011 and is part of a team of senior executives that is heavily involved in growing the firm’s office leasing business in Northern New Jersey. Tom has been a commercial real estate professional specializing in office buildings and data centers in the New Jersey marketplace since 1982. His experience includes work in various operating groups such as Capital Markets, Property Management, Consultation and Appraisal, as well as Leasing. Tom’s real estate expertise and a broad range of skills have made him one of the leading real estate consultants at JLL in New Jersey. He has been involved in the leasing or sale of more than six million square feet of office space. He has represented some of New Jersey’s largest corporations including Pearson PLC, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, and WeWorks. Mr. Reilly started his career at Cushman & Wakefield as a management trainee. His experience included work in various operating groups such as Capital Markets, Property Management, Consultation, Appraisal as well as Leasing. This training has given him the diverse knowledge required in today's real estate consultants/brokers. Mr. Reilly's real estate expertise and a broad range of skills have made him one of the leading leasing consultants at JLL in New Jersey. He has been involved in the leasing or sale of over five million square feet of office and industrial space with an aggregate value of close to $1 billion for clients such as Merrill Lynch, Mobil Oil Company, Mellon Bank, Met Life and Prudential Insurance. Current clients include Schering Plough, Johnson & Johnson, Goldman Sachs and Pfizer.
