Thomas Perrigan

Tommy has been a lifetime resident of Bristol; he and his wife Charlene have been married for 37 years. Together they raised two children: Christopher, UT Knoxville Finance graduate, and Kalyn Jones, BSN – a Milligan College graduate. They are blessed in many ways, and beyond proud of their five beautiful grandchildren who live with their families also in the Bristol area. Charlene is a licensed Realtor with Keller William’s and has been selling residential real estate since 1996. Tommy is currently licensed in TN, VA, and WV and has obtained his Broker’s license in Tennessee and Virginia. He began his Commercial Real Estate career with Interstate Realty and Development in 2016 after retiring from United Parcel Service (26 years) and Spartan Food Systems (11 years) as a General Manager and Assistant Group Leader L2.
