Tom Oldham specializes in industrial commercial real estate in the metropolitan Detroit area. Tom has been with Newmark since 2012, when parent company BGC acquired the assets of Grubb & Ellis. He began at Grubb & Ellis in 2009, following seven years at Colliers International. Over his career, Mr. Oldham has completed hundreds of transactions with an aggregate transaction volume of over $700 million.
