Thomas O'Leary

Tom O’Leary has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience. He began his career with Leo Eisenberg Company, one of the largest shopping center developers in the country at the time. While at Eisenberg, Tom developed a niche in restaurant brokerage and site selection and was promoted to Director of Brokerage. Tom later joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) where he served as Vice President of Retail for nine years. While at CTMT, Tom expanded his brokerage practice to include office leasing, investment sales, and tenant representation. In 2007 Tom joined LANE4 Property Group where he serves as a Senior Vice President and focuses on local and regional tenant representation, leasing, investment sales, and consulting services. Over the years, Tom has overseen the sale of over 2.5 million square feet of investment property and assisted multiple companies such as AEI Funds and Agree Realty Corp. with the sale of excess assets. While at LANE4, Tom has represented a robust list of national clients including Macy’s, Jos. A Bank, T-Mobile, Bank of America, Sears, Northern Tool and Equipment, Cross First Bank, Blush Fitness, and Quest Diagnostics.
