At Savills, Thomas focuses exclusively on tenant representation and corporate services, specializing in assisting established financial services, technology and manufacturing companies. He has deep expertise across product types and geography, corporate advisory, multimarket strategy, creative transaction structuring, and portfolio planning. He serves his clients through the development and execution of tailored strategic real estate plans that proactively support organizations’ business goals. In June 2016, Savills acquired Cresa Charlotte. In the past few years, Thomas has acted as a corporate services advisor for several million square feet of industrial and office facilities. Prior to joining Cresa, he was senior vice president of corporate services with CBRE providing the acquisition and disposition activities for multiple businesses. Previously, he spent four years as senior vice president with Trammell Crow and seven years successfully operating his own firm, Providence Real Estate Advisors. Prior to that, he dedicated twelve years to CB/Madison Advisory Group as senior vice president and managing director and leading Commercial Real Estate Group's operations in the Carolinas.
