Thomas Morgan

Thomas N. Morgan, MSRE, CCIM, serves as President of Investec Services, working selectively with investment clients across the Northeast Florida region. Previous roles focused exclusively on Apartment Investment Sales across North Florida, participating in a statewide team producing $3-$5B annually in transaction volume. Mr. Morgan also previously served as VP for Investec Services Inc., an independent real estate brokerage firm servicing the Northeast Florida region where he represented sellers in the marketing and sale of investment properties. While there, he also gained experience with financing, asset management, property valuation, and market research. Mr. Morgan earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University with dual majors in Urban Planning and Political Science, and a secondary concentration in Economics. Mr. Morgan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute Designee and holds a Florida real estate broker’s license.
