Since 1994, Tom has successfully introduced and/or expanded national retailers and restauranteurs in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and outlying MN markets through professional site selection and tenant representation. Most notably, Tom was personally responsible for identifying and securing the sites on which Applebee's expanded from 30 to 65 restaurants in MN and western WI, in both rural and urban communities, over a 6 year period from 1998 to 2005. Subsequently, just 2 of those restaurants has closed. Also, from 2006 to the present, Tom has identified, negotiated for and secured 16 sites on which LA Fitness now operates fitness clubs in the Twin Cities. Most recently, Tom has procured sites for 7 new Harbor Freight Tools store locations in WI, MN and ND.
