Tom began his career with CBRE in 1981 specializing in industrial and office lease and sale transactions primarily in the northern New Jersey marketplace. Initially, Tom began his apprenticeship in the Morris/Essex County market and has today expanded his knowledge and transaction base to the entire Northern New Jersey marketplace. To date, Tom has been retained and has successfully completed hundreds of office/industrial sale and lease transactions for both corporate users and institutional and regional developers in excess of 21.0 million square feet. From this experience of working both with institutional owners and developers, as well as corporate clients, Tom has developed a strong market reputation within northern new jersey, as well as providing value added knowledge to each assignment. In 1997 and 2007, Tom won the Partners In Economic Development Award for the most successful industrial broker in Morris County.
