Thomas MacLaughlin

Tom joined MacLaughlin and Company as a property manager in 1981 and is currently the manager of the Sales and Leasing Department, overseeing a management portfolio of approximately 3,000,000 square feet of industrial, office and retail space located in the greater Sacramento, Stockton, and San Francisco Bay areas. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Development and City Planning, he has been the top income producer for 30 of the past 34 years and has negotiated leases for over 100 million square feet and sold over 1 billion worth of property.
