Thomas is focused on fostering client relationships by advising developers and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased properties and shopping centers throughout the United States. He maintains a high level of control and service throughout the transaction process, from the initial underwriting and creation of the pricing strategy to closing the deal. Thomas is committed to providing best-of-class service by leveraging our unparalleled expertise and relationships while delivering cutting-edge market information and analysis. His goal is to ultimately partner with clients and devise strategies that maximize the value of their retail assets. Since 2008, Thomas has participated in over $2 billion in transactions in over 40 states. He is originally from Kentucky, spent a number of years in Connecticut and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. While at USD, he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and a two-year captain.
