Thomas Homco

Thomas Homco is a Principal specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties. Thomas has been involved in over 450 transactions valued at more than $600 Million in real estate in Downtown St. Louis and St. Louis County in Missouri as well as the entire Southwestern region of Illinois. Prior to founding Lee and Associates of St. Louis in 2004, Thomas worked for CB Richard Ellis for over six years and was the "CB Richard Ellis Rookie of the Year". In addition, he is a member of the prestigious SIOR and IMAC organizations. Prior to his real estate career Tom formerly played Linebacker for the NFL Los Angeles-St. Louis Rams Football Organization. Tom obtained a B.S. from Northwestern University. He is an active member of several groups including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Industrial Asset Management Council (IMAC), National Association of Industrial & Office Property (NAIOP), St. Louis Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and St. Louis Downtown Partnership.
