Tom Holland is a seasoned veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Southern California. A true leader in his field, Holland specializes in industrial properties in greater Los Angeles and Orange County. His in-depth experience has made him an expert in property evaluation, negotiations, contracts, sales, leasing, real estate investments, construction, and much more. Tom currently serves as executive vice president and managing partner at Kidder Mathews, the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the West Coast. Based in the company’s Irvine office, Holland leads a team with more than 30 years of collective commercial real estate experience. His team represents a diverse stable of clients throughout the United States, and provides unparalleled brokerage, management and investment services in their home market in Southern California. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Holland co-owned and managed Heger Industrial. Holland prides himself in being 100% committed to building and maintaining transparent, honest relationships with each of his clients. This client-first modus operandi ensures that he brings best-in-class service to the table with each deal, and the results speak for themselves. Tom is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received All Pac-10 honors while playing football for the Trojans. He currently resides in Mission Viejo with his wife, Jessica, and their five children.
