Thomas Hertel

Tom Hertel has been assisting his clients with the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial real estate since 1998. Tom has a wide range of experience working with different property types, including office, flex / industrial warehouse and land. His years of experience have enabled him to work with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants. Tom has enjoyed working with a varied list of clientele including corporations, institutional ownership groups, investors to startup companies. Tom enjoys the many relationships created by living and working in Loudoun County. He is a former board member of the Waterford Foundation, Land Use Committee-WF, BNI, and is active in youth league coaching.
