Mr. Hernandez’ expertise in commercial real estate includes, but is not limited to, landlord and tenant representation services and sales. Prior to joining the Ciminelli team, Thomas served as Associate Vice President for Cassidy Turley (fka Carter & Associates) for 12 years. His experience includes demonstrated success in various areas of commercial real estate including: Leasing, Investment Brokerage, Site Selection, CRE Financial Analysis/Underwriting, Space Design, and Appraisal. He has been directly involved in real estate transactions representing over 18 million square feet and $3.1 billion in value. His designations and licenses include the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. Mr. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
