Thomas Genetti

Tom Genetti is a Managing Director of Mortgage Banking with responsibilities including arranging debt and equity capital for all commercial real estate product types. While his focus is concentrated on multifamily properties, Genetti advises sponsors on all commercial property types, including office, industrial, retail, self-storage and hotels. Mr. Genetti joined Berkadia Commercial Mortgage in 2018. Previously he was a top producer with BBVA for 10 years originating commercial mortgages in such markets as Washington DC, Philadelphia, Orlando, Tampa, Nashville and Houston. He has originated in excess of $4B in his loan origination career.
