Thomas Gath

After 25 years with United Parcel Service, Tom decided to change career paths. Utilizing his knowledge and people skills, Tom began pursuing commercial real estate. Tom’s managerial, sales, and logistics experience gives him insight to client’s needs and how to supply them. Tom understands the climate of the mid-size company and how to address their real estate needs. Tom has established relationships with RREEF, AMB Property Corporation, and Principal Insurance, as well as private owners to bring their properties to profitable occupancy. He also has maintained an ongoing relationship with current tenants. Many of his deals have come from referrals of past clients; this is testament to the service he provides. He has also arranged many investment sales for some of his clients. Tom has developed a team to serve the O’Hare market with a range of good multi sized properties with a range of lease rates that can fit the customer and their budget. Tom focuses on the O'Hare and I-90 Industrial Corridors.
