With a focus on industrial and office properties, Tom has had vast experience and success in the leasing and sale of commercial buildings. Tom has put a primary emphasis on the downtown Milwaukee office market, with a track record of sales that were converted to condos in the Third Ward, Fifth Ward as well as the Centra Business District. In addition to that work, he has represented tenants and buyers in confidential property acquisitions. In the last ten years, Tom closed approximately 1.75 million square feet in transactions of properties sold or leased. Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Tom has worked at other Milwaukee-based real estate firms, both a local firm with global ties, as well as a locally owned and operated commercial real estate firm. A sample of some of the clients that Tom has represented throughout his career include Charter Wire, Allen Edmonds, United Artists, Towne Realty, The Marcus Corporation, Milwaukee Magazine, Stone Creek Coffee, Summerfest, the Milwaukee YMCA, Wangard Partners, Shopko and various downtown property owners. Mr. Gale primarily concentrates on the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and office properties. He has sold and leased hundreds of thousands of square feet of industrial and commercial space throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha County . In addition to the sale and leasing of properties, Mr. Gale specializes in confidential transactions. He has represented a number of large corporations in confidential acquisitions of land, buildings and leases. Mr. Gale is the current President of the Milwaukee Community Sailing Center and serves on the Board of Managers of the downtown YMCA. He was a committee member of the fundraising advisory board for the Milwaukee Women's Center and Chairman of the Board of Housing with Help and co-founder of the merger of Housing With Help, South Community Origination (SCO) and Southeastern Affordable Housing now known as Tri-Corp, Milwaukee 's largest low income and special needs housing provider. Mr. Gale has been a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary parish in West Allis for 30 years and served as Festival co-chair, school board president, parish council member, and on a host of other committees. He is a past President of the East Town Association where he co-founded Jazz in the Park and was involved in it for eleven years. As East Town Association President, he has been intimately involved in the running of Bastille Days for five years and served on a committee for the Blue Jazz BBQ festival for two years. Tom Gale has been involved in Community Theater for seventeen years, appearing in twenty-six plays including nearly a dozen musicals. Mr. Gale was a founding member and first President of the Modjeska Children's Theater Company. Mr. Gale is also a 32nd degree Mason and member of the Scottish Rite. He is an avid year-round runner and Lake Michigan sailor.
