Since joining CBRE, Tom has consistently been a “Top 5” producer in the Portland office and has successfully negotiated over 10 million square feet of office/flex transactions with a consideration of over $900 million. Tom’s sophisticated analytical and transaction structuring capabilities assist clients in greatly reducing their overall occupancy costs. He advises major corporations in lease negotiations, relocations, expansions, consolidations, subleases, building acquisitions or dispositions, sale lease backs, build-to-suits and financing for all asset types.
